Landmark Series – Lithia Springs Park Aerial Video

DroneVU Studios went on location to Lithia Springs Park located at 3932 Lithia Springs Rd, Lithia, FL 33547to create another segment of the Landmark Series.

As promised we are now releasing the aerial video that we created in addition to the aerial photographs that are a part of the Lithia Springs Park Album.

In this video we take you on a aerial video tour of Lithia Springs Park and show you everything from the crystal clear water to the canoe launch facilities.

We also do a brief aerial flyby of the playground before ending the tour with a high aerial view of the sun setting over Tampa Bay.

DroneVU Studios went on location to Lithia Springs Park located at 3932 Lithia Springs Rd, Lithia, FL 33547to create another segment of the Landmark Series.

The 160-acre park, located on the Alafia River, offers various plant communities, river cypress swamps, hardwood hammocks and high sand hills that provide terrain not often seen in Hillsborough County.

The park’s major attraction is the natural spring that provides year round swimming since the water temperature remains at 72 degrees all year. In addition to swimming, there is a bath house, playground and picnic facilities.

Lithia Springs Park is also a popular camping spot with 40 sites and two shower houses.

DroneVU Studios went on location to create aerial photograhs and an aerial cinematic walk through of the park with our aerial photography drones.

Davis Park Album Published

Davis Park - Brandon FL

DroneVU Studios went on location to Davis park at 600 Mook St, Brandon, FL 33510 to create another segment of the Landmark Series. The album for Davis Park is now available.

Davis Park is a rustic 15 acre park that runs along Lake Mead. Davis Park is a bird lover’s paradise which is filled with Egret, Heron, Sandhill Cranes, ducks, and gulls. On occasion you may see Gopher Tortoises and an occasional marsh rabbit.

There are restrooms, a few pavilions, some grills and a playground for the kids.  The quiet paved roads are perfect for short bike rides, roller blading, or just taking a nice walk.

Landmark Series – Fort De Soto Park

DroneVU Studios went on location to Fort De Soto Park located at 3500 Pinellas Bayway S, Tierra Verde, FL 33715 to create another segment of the Landmark Series.

Fort De Soto park consists of 1,136 acres made up of five interconnected islands (keys).  Check out the aerial drone video to see the home of beach plants, mangroves, wetlands, palm hammocks, hardwoods and scores of native plants. Annual park attendance averages more than 2.7 million visitors.

DroneVU Studios went on location to Fort De Soto park at 3500 Pinellas Bayway S, Tierra Verde, FL 33715 to create another segment of the Landmark Series.

Fort De Soto park consists of 1,136 acres made up of five interconnected islands (keys). These keys are home to beach plants, mangroves, wetlands, palm hammocks, hardwoods and scores of native plants. Annual park attendance averages more than 2.7 million visitors.

DroneVU Studios was on hand to take aerial photographs and record aerial video of the park with our drones. The aerial video of the park is currently being processed and will be available soon.

Landmark Series – Mango Dog Park

DroneVU Studios went on location to Mango Dog Park located at 11717 Clay Pit Road, Seffner, FL 33584 to film another aerial segment of the Landmark Series.

Mango dog park is a  5-acre dog park with a 6-foot chain link fence with double gated entries. The dog park is split into two separate access areas for small and large dogs. The dog park features a water fountain for people and dogs, picnic tables, shelters, dog washes, a hitching post, and doggie mitt receptacles.

The facilities also offers a multitude of other activities including a basketball court, softball field, after school care, summer camp, and a playground.

Landmark Series – Largo Central Park

DroneVU Studios went on location to Largo Central Park located at 101 Central Park Drive, Largo FL 33771  to film another aerial segment of the Landmark Series.

Largo Central Park is a  70-acre park located in the heart of Largo. Its rolling grounds and fountains have set it apart as one of the finest parks in the county. Rainbow Rotary Playground is one of the only playgrounds in the Bay area completely accessible to disabled users.

Facilities include:

  • 8 Picnic pavilions
  • Restroom facilities
  • James S. Miles & Richard A. Leandri Military Court of Honor
  • Disabled-friendly playground

DroneVU Studios went on location to show you what is undoubtedly one of the best parks in Florida. Check out the aerial drone footage and stay tuned, the high definition aerial photographs will be in our gallery soon. For now we are so busy filming we have yet to update the gallery.

Landmark Series – John Chestnut Park

DroneVU Studios went on location to John Chestnut Park located at 2200 East Lake Road, Palm Harbor, FL 34685 to film another aerial segment of the Landmark Series.

This park is home to various wildlife including raccoons, alligators, various waterfowl, hawks, vultures, tortoises/turtles and more.

Nearby is Lake Tarpon which is five miles long and one mile wide, and between  8-12 feet deep. Lake Tarpon can accommodate power boats and is a popular destination for fishermen. Additionally, a canoe trail connects to an interior lake, for canoe enthusiasts.

For those who prefer sports,  and have their own equipment a softball field is available. There are three nature trails, each approximately 3,000 feet in length.
