Located at 13998 Balm Boyette Road Lithia, FL 33547, this preserve features 5,000 acres of endangered sand pine scrub, pine flatwoods, oak hammocks, creeks, grassy meadows, and freshwater marshes. Habitat restoration is in progress and will continue for the next several years.

For this album we filmed our favorite type of real estate aerial photography; nature left alone.  The trailhead at 13998 Balm-Boyette Road provides parking for the mountain biking trail. A second trailhead, located at 13305 Balm-Boyette Road in the Triple Creek Preserve, provides parking and access to the hiking trail.

As we continue to create more aerial photographs of natural real estate, we will continue to bring you footage in ways only our aerial photography drone platforms can. It is our intention to provide very close and personal tours of Florida’s natural real estate and wildlife both from the air and from the ground using traditional still photography.

Aerial Drone Photography Album of Bok Tower Gardens

DroneVU Studios went on location to the Bok Tower Gardens located at 1151 Tower Blvd, Lake Wales, FL 33853 to film the Bok Tower Gardens from the air and using traditional photography.

Bok Tower Gardens (also known as Bok Mountain Lake Sanctuary and Singing Tower) is a National Historic Landmark, contemplative garden, and bird sanctuary located north of Lake Wales, Florida, United States. It consists of a 250-acre garden, the 205 foot tall Singing Tower with its carillon bells, Pine Ridge Trail, Pinewood Estate, and a visitor center. The tower is built upon Iron Mountain, one of the highest points in Florida, estimated to be 295 feet above sea level. It is a National Historic Landmark that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Singing Tower is the centerpiece of the gardens. The tower was built at the highest elevation of the site, south of a reflection pool that allows the water to reflect its full image. A 60-bell carillon set within the 205-foot tall, Gothic Revival and Art Deco tower that was designed by architect Milton B. Medary. Construction on the tower began in 1927 and was completed for the dedication of the gardens in 1929, when it was dedicated by President Calvin Coolidge. The tower is 51 feet square at its base, changing form at 150 feet high to an octagon with 37 foot sides that include sculptures designed by Lee Lawrie. The tower is surrounded by a 15-foot moat that serves as a Koi pond. It is built of pink Etowah marble and gray Creole marble, mined in Tate, Georgia, and Florida native coquina stone, from Daytona Beach, Florida.

Although the tower’s interior is not open to the public, it contains the Anton Brees Carillon Library, said to be the largest carillon library in the world. It also is home to the Chao Research Center Archives which keeps various institutional records related to Bok Tower.

Alderman’s Ford Regional Park

Aerial Drone Photograph of Aldermans Ford Regional Park
Aerial Drone Photograph of Aldermans Ford Regional Park

Located at 9625 Canoe Launch Loop Lithia, FL 33567 this park includes the area where the Alafia River branches into its north and south prongs. The Alafia River is one of the most popular canoe spots in the state. A pedestrian/bicycle trail loops for more than two miles through the park, offering scenic views of the Alafia River.

This path, together with the boardwalk and foot bridges, is perfect for a self-guided tour as it provides a first-hand view of Hillsborough County’s abundant flora.

The main picnic area has nine shelters for family or group use, and an enclosed, air conditioned pavilion for large gatherings.

Alderman’s Ford Regional Park is one of Hillsborough County’s larger parks; as a result we captured plenty of aerial and traditional photographs to show our readers all of the park’s attractions.

This park is a great example of Hillsborough County’s continuing commitment to providing vast nature parks that allow visitors and locals alike to enjoy the natural real estate that nature has to offer.

This particular park contains heavy tree cover, hiding most of its attractions beneath the tree cover, so we weren’t able to capture as much aerial footage as we would like, so we took plenty of traditional photographs instead.

Located at 8180 Henry George Road Plant City, FL 33567, this preserve provides no public access. The preserve is approximately 650 acres and provides water quality protection of the river.

Despite lack of public access, DroneVU Studios was able to send up our drone based aerial photography platform to create some great aerial footage of the preserve. We also took some traditional still shots of the preserve using the limited terrestrial access that we could find.

The Alafia River North Prong Preserve is a great example of nature’s real estate left alone. We sent our drone where no drone has gone before to create some great aerial pictures of Nature’s prime real estate.

Check out the aerial and terrestrial album by clicking the link below or the picture above, and stay tuned as we bring you even more aerial and terrestrial pictures of natural real estate around the Tampa Bay area.

DroneVU Studios went on site to the future home of Bass Pro Shops in Brandon FL to film the construction underway.  Bass Pro Shops will open a 140,000 square foot Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World store in Hillsborough County to serve the Tampa Bay area.

Here at DroneVU Studios we went on site to film the up and coming real estate from the air, as the structure transforms to its final shape thanks to the hard working men and women in the construction industry.

At DroneVU Studios we specialize in creating aerial and traditional photography footage of real estate throughout its complete lifecycle. From inception to demolition, our aerial and terrestrial photography platforms can create footage that was simply impossible before the invention of drones.

We are looking forward to the Bass Pro Shop’s grand opening and stay tuned, our cameras may even be on site to catch the event first hand, both from the ground and from the air.

Click the following link or the picture above to view the updated construction gallery, and while you are there check out other big construction projects underway around the Tampa Bay area.

As we continue working with construction companies around the Tampa Bay area, it continues to be our goal to be the premier provider of aerial construction photography that builders turn to when they want the job done right.

We have highly customized construction photography packages that are tailored to the construction industry’s needs. We can do anything from scheduled flyovers to traditional still photography of construction sites as they literally build from the ground up. We can film anything from individual houses to skyscrapers, and can assist with aerial and terrestrial footage of any project; large or small.

When you want to showcase your past work for future clients, monitor your construction site without ever leaving your office, or spot costly mistakes before they occur, DroneVU Studios can lend a hand.

Located at 628 Golf and Sea Blvd, Apollo Beach FL, the Apollo Beach park offers playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, a running track, and a baseball field. It is adjacent to the Apollo Beach Dog Park, and Apollo Beach Skate Park so there is something for everyone.

The Apollo Beach Skate Park is of particular interest since most parks do not offer this attraction.  So make sure to check out pictures 11, 12, and 13 to see this unique feature.

As we continue with our Hillsborough County Park series, we continue to bring you aerial and terrestrial photographs of some of the best looking real estate in Hillsborough County; parks and nature at its finest. Our still and aerial cameras leave no shot untaken in our quest to film every bit of real estate in Hillsborough County.

When we are not busy filming houses, construction, buildings, and other structures we somehow find the time to film county, city, and state parks along the way. Our goal is to show local residents parks they may not even know exist; but not just from the ground, but also from the air so that potential visitors can see what the parking, facilities, and attractions look like both at eye level and from a birds eye view.

So stay tuned as we continue to bring you aerial and terrestrial pictures of all forms of real estate around the Tampa Bay area.
