Located at 13998 Balm Boyette Road Lithia, FL 33547, this preserve features 5,000 acres of endangered sand pine scrub, pine flatwoods, oak hammocks, creeks, grassy meadows, and freshwater marshes. Habitat restoration is in progress and will continue for the next several years.
For this album we filmed our favorite type of real estate aerial photography; nature left alone. The trailhead at 13998 Balm-Boyette Road provides parking for the mountain biking trail. A second trailhead, located at 13305 Balm-Boyette Road in the Triple Creek Preserve, provides parking and access to the hiking trail.
As we continue to create more aerial photographs of natural real estate, we will continue to bring you footage in ways only our aerial photography drone platforms can. It is our intention to provide very close and personal tours of Florida’s natural real estate and wildlife both from the air and from the ground using traditional still photography.
